7 Days AI Training by Digital Solution Nepal is a practical, beginner-to-intermediate level live online training designed for students, teachers, content creators, freelancers, entrepreneurs, office professionals, and business owners who want to use AI confidently in real work. This training is not only about learning AI theory; it is about learning how to operate AI tools smartly for productivity, creativity, research, content creation, business growth, and daily workflow improvement.

The training is conducted in Nepali language, with 90 minutes per day live sessions, guided by Rabin Paudel, Founder of Digital Solution Nepal. The course focuses on helping participants understand what AI is, how it works, how to give proper prompts, and how to get better outputs from different AI platforms. No coding knowledge or previous AI experience is required.

Across 7 days, participants will learn AI foundation, prompt engineering, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, NotebookLM, Google AI Studio, Gamma, Napkin AI, Canva Magic Studio, image generation tools, video generation tools, and practical AI workflows. The syllabus covers real-life examples such as creating content ideas, scripts, captions, presentations, documents, posters, thumbnails, research summaries, business plans, reports, social media designs, and productivity systems. The course also includes responsible AI usage, hallucination awareness, monetization opportunities, and a 30-60-90 day execution roadmap.

Participants will also receive live interactive sessions, practical demonstrations, notes, prompt templates, community support through WhatsApp/Facebook group, and a certificate of completion. The final goal of this training is to transform participants from normal AI users into confident AI operators who can combine multiple tools and build efficient systems for study, office work, content creation, freelancing, and business execution.
